Loft in a garden on the banks of the Loire

On the banks of the Loire, in the heart of a flowery garden, come to relax in peace. This newly renovated loft will provide you with comfort and rest. In addition, guests can enjoy a covered patio for breakfast or coffee, and a large garden where sun loungers are laid out. This newly renovated loft, completely independent from the main house, consists of a very large room of 45 m2 comprising: a sitting area with a large sofa (convertible - 140) and a comfortable rocking chair, a large TV (with TNT) , Wifi, dining area for up to 4 people, kitchenette (with fridge, multifunction oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), equipped with dishes (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, ), A sleeping area with a queen size bed and duvet (sheets provided). In the bathroom (large walk-in shower and toilet), you will find a small kit (shampoo, shower product, soap, Kleenex, cotton, ...), towels and a hairdryer. You can prepare a hot drink (coffee, tea and herbal tea), by flipping through a few magazines. A wearing with hangers is at your disposal in the housing. If necessary, you will be able to access our washing machine to help you out. If you are a cyclist (the Loire road by bike goes past our house), we can put your bikes in the shelter in the adjacent cellar. Finally, the garden is at your disposal, if you wish to walk there, to rest and feel the old roses. You will have no trouble parking your car safely. Depending on your desires and your interests, we will be happy to help you: restaurants, museums, castles, vineyards, ballads, .. We will share with you our good addresses of the region, you will find tourist brochures and addresses in the loft. Our house is located in the historical heart of the Ponts de Cé. (It is said that this name comes from the Bridges of Caesar!). In a few hundred meters you can cross several streams: the 2 arms of the Loire, the Authion, the Louet ... In the center, 2 minutes walk you will find shops, restaurants, Mediatheque, the castle, an art district: the banks of the Cé decks, but also the swimming, outdoor swimming pool open in summer. The city of the Ponts de Cé is adjacent to Angers. You can get there by bike, by bus (several bus lines make the connection) but also by tram from the Roseraie station (5 minutes from us) with free parking for your vehicle. Finally, if you need a breakdown service, we can pick you up at the TGV station in Angers. We can drop you in the center of Angers (only 10 minutes from the house).
