Luxury apt with Sibillini view

Stylish apartment in a breathtaking environment. It offers 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom & sitting area. Central heating, books (various languages), (apple)TV, WiFi & great beds present. Access to a large panoramic terrace! The comfortable apartment combines modern design with traditional elements. All Italian! It is light, renovated in 2013, has both central heating and a stove. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher & oven included!) for good cooking. Herbs can be taken from the garden (in the right season). The bed is a Dorelan boxspring of great quality (2 single beds of 80 X 2.00; can be put separately or attached to each other). 4 season duvets. It offers great views. And the environment... breathtaking!! The countryside of Le Marche, at the border of the Sibillini National Park. Guests have access to the terrace, the swimmingpool (May - September), the private parking place, the outdoor kitchen, the garden, the BBQ and the joint washing machine. The amount of interaction with the guests depends completely on the needs and wishes of the guests...The owners are living next door (buildings are attached), but have a private entry. There are various medieval villages in the neigbourhood. All with nice historic piazzas, nice local shops and food. The village Gualdo is only 1 km away and has all the facilities you need on a daily basis: ATM, supermarkets, bakery, caffe etc. It is only a 20 minute drive to the Sibillini mountains from great walking, cycling and skiing. There are various beautiful lakes close by as well and many great restaurants! The apartment cannot be reached by public transport, so a car is needed. From the airport in Ancona it is an one hour drive, ffrom the Pescara airport a 2 hour drive and from both the Bologna and Roma airports a 3 hour drive. The owners, Marleen Tijdeman and Jeroen Bults, are both entrepreneurs also working as business consultants. Jeroen is also a web/graphic designer. Your stay could therefore be combined with consultancy and webdesign. Information about prices and availability on request. During winter we may charge 5 euros per night for the use of central heating. There was no other space available on this site to mention this. You can choose not to use the central heating and use only the small stove in the apartment at your own expense.
