It's located on a quiet street at the heart of Phnom Penh in Tuol Kork area where many business activities are operated. It's easy to access to many historical sites, local markets, and supermarkets. The house is an ideal place for family or big group. All rooms are installed with air-conditioners and fans and have a private bathroom with cool and hot water. A bathtub is only available in master room. There are several private kindergartens and primary schools near the house. It is safe from traffic to jog or walk around the neighborhood. Despite rush hour, it's about 15mn drive to riverside, Royal Palace, National Museum, National Post Office, Wat Phnom and some historical local markets such as Central Market, Kandal Market, and Old Market.
