4 The Cedars. Spacious self contained apartment.

Private, spacious and stylish apartment covering the whole ground floor of our Georgian townhouse. The apartment has its own front door leading into a large open plan modern kitchen/lounge area with sash window overlooking the garden. There is a king size bedroom with an adjoining large bathroom/wet room. Underfloor heating throughout. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests or up to 4 (with an additional charge) by use of the sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is self contained with lock box/keysafe entry so you will have the whole space to yourself for the duration of your stay. You are also welcome to use the front garden. We are a family of 4 with a young dog and live in the house above the apartment. We are available to help with any problems whenever they arise. The town centre is a 20 minute downhill walk away with great views across Bath and a steep but pleasant uphill on the return, or you can catch the 6, 6A or 7 bus which leaves from outside Waitrose and stops a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Parking is on street permit parking. We supply a complimentary permit for the duration of your stay. Finally please check the Clean Air zone information on the Banes website to determine whether your vehicle is required to pay a charge. There are steps up to the house and a few down to the apartment. A washing machine can be made available upon request.
