We would like to welcome you in our modern holiday apartment which is perfect choice for family, couples or friends. The property is located in quite neighborhood, 2 minutes walk from the local beach and beach-bars. It's fully equipped and comfortable with lovely terrace and the view of the amazing Boka Bay. The parking place is available in the front of the premises. The Grocery store is 50 meters away. The apartment is located just 8 km from Kotor and 3 km from beautiful old city Perast. The unit accommodates a family up to 4 people plus one baby bad if needed. It is brand new 80m2 flat with high quality furniture. The guests can use entire unit with free parking space in the front of the building. For all questions and assistance, we are available 7 days per week from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. Upon request we can organize transfers from airport to the apartment with our partner touristic agency located in old town Kotor. The local beach stretches for 1 km with beautiful panorama view on the Boka bay and boast amazing cleanliness. It has all the conditions for diving and snorkeling, which is actively used by tourists in Orahovac. The southern most fjord in Europe, the Boka bay is on of the MUST VISIT places in Montenegro. Amazing high mountains that band around the coast line make some unique and hard to describe picture. You can rent a car and go around a Boka bay - this is best choice to discover all beautiful and hidden places around. Besides car transportation, there is a bus station near our building and in the summer season many bus lines are connecting Orahovac with other places in Boka Bay. Visitor to Montenegro holding a passport of any kind other than Montenegrin are subject to a daily tourist tax. The daily price is 1,00 Euro per day/per person You will be asked to show the coupon upon leaving the country so it is recommended to visit a tourist agency within the 24 hours if possible of your stay. There is touristic office in the Orahovac where you can pay touristic tax. Working hours Monday- Friday 08:00 – 15:00h or Kotor (old town) Working hours 08:00 – 20:00h.
