Charming old house with garden

Enchanting old house, recently restored and very confortable. Nice little terrace with big umbrella, table and chairs. Lovely little garden. Furniture of charme. Unforgettable. It is an extraordinary lovely old house which has been recently restaured. It smells the history and is located in the centre of a medieval village at 10 minutes drive from the beach and 40 minutes from the Gran Sasso mountain. Little garden and little terrace. I live in the same village, 5 minutes walk. The house is located in the center of the village. It is close to a bar, a restaurant, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a Church. Parking in the area is free. It is close to very nice panoramic places. Several daily bus rides link the village to the main town Roseto degli Abruzzi, where the beach is located. Roseto is a nice town with all the facilities and places of interest (shops, boutiques, pubs, bars, restaurants, etc.)
