Near Ushaka Marine world, restaurants and 1 min to the beach. Enjoy the surf at your door step It’s a walking distance to Ushaka Marine world, beaches and beach front promenade. It is just opposite Nelson Mandela children’s hospital. 1 min walk to a place that hires out bikes, skate boards etc and closer to the restaurants. A short drive to ICC and Durban business Centre. 24 hour security and public transport is at the door step. The number of Guests shall be in accordance with those stated on the booking details. Additional Guests/ visitors are not permitted and will results in fine being issued. The complex has a right to refuse access for people who are not part of the booking. PLEASE NOTE: we are not a serviced apartment, we only clean once a week. We are a self catering apartment and provide you with these essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, hand soap and liquid detergent. There’s a laundromat in the complex that guests can use but it’s R50 per load. Ask reception for details. I’m available on email and on my cell phone at anytime. It’s close to the Beach, Mandela children’s hospital and Ushaka Marine world. The neighborhood is safe as metro police are patrolling 24/7 and we have security in the building 24 hours a day. Uber, taxis and people mover buses in front of the building. 24 hour security Sometimes other guests from other apartments are noisy but security tries to maintain order as those are rules for the building, peace and quite. Should your neighbors make excessive noise please contact the security guard on duty.
