Located about 10 minutes by car from the historic center of Cremona, we offer a room with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, Wi-Fi, television in the room (usable only with DVD player included), while in the living room and in the kitchen we they can view all the channels, by reservation you can use bicycles to reach the center with a cycle path that connects the town with the city € 5.00/day, sheets and any change, garden, shared kitchen and living room. Terraced house on two floors, living area with pellet stove and manual heating for the winter and air conditioner and fan, shared bathrooms on both floors, outdoor relaxation area with table and chairs on the porch, garden for sunbathing on the back and the same relaxation area in front with chairs and table and umbrella. Guests enter through a manual gate and the main door of the house. Free parking in front of the house Bus stop reachable on foot in 2 minutes from the house but you can also easily reach the center with your car (about 10 minutes). In the summer seasons, there is the possibility to move comfortably even with our rental bicycles (€ 5.00/day) to reach any part of the city, with a cycle-pedestrian path. We live with a dog, a cat who do not cause any disturbance to the guests. At the back we have two aviaries with parakeets and one with chinchillas, which too will not cause any disturbance to your stay.
