Wineries, river, beach and cafes are all nearby The Space: DOWNSTAIRS Downstairs is a self-contained space and is ideal for teenagers, elderly parents or separate families to enjoy their own private living quarters if desired. It features a living area with sofa bed, large screen tv and pool table as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms which are locked if not needed so please be accurate when quoting guest numbers. Outside you will find a fire pit as well as an outdoor shower for washing the sand off after a day at the beach. UPSTAIRS Upstairs you will find the sweeping family / dine / kitchen area and huge master bedroom all opening onto the fantastic entertainers' balcony taking in the best of the stunning outlook. Two more spacious bedrooms with queen bed in one and double bed plus single trundle in the other. The well equipped kitchen upstairs includes Miele dishwasher, Walk In Pantry, breakfast bar & pod coffee machine. There is also a High Chair, Portable cot, Filtered water on tap, Blue tooth speaker and BBQ. Bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are included in the accommodation rate. You will arrive to beds made and a bottle of wine on arrival. Strictly no smoking and no parties. Outside dogs will be considered but must be requested. There is a Fully fenced yard. A pet fee of $75 will apply. Guest Access: The whole house s available including parking for up to 6 cars. Downstairs bedrooms 4 and 5 only available upon request or if booking for more than 6 guests. They will otherwise be locked. The Neighborhood: Enjoy a stroll up the beach to cafe Bombora or a drink at the new Surf life saving Club. There is a large Woolies supermarket just a few mins drive from the house on Beach Rd. Book a surfing lesson with Kingo Surfing or check out Canoe the Coorong guided tours. Play a round of golf at South Lakes golf club or venture to the nearby wineries at Currency Creek. There is plenty to do and see in and around Goolwa. Other Things to Note: The house itself sleeps a maximum of 14 people with 3 bedrooms upstairs in the main house with a well-appointed kitchen, family bathroom and two living areas. Downstairs has an additional 2 bedrooms, living area with billiards table and a large TV as well as a kitchenette. There is a second bathroom available on this level also. Please be sure to be accurate with guest numbers at time of booking. Bedrooms not needed will be locked. All linen and towels included. The garage can also fit a medium boat, trailer or large vehicles! Interaction with Guests: I am happy to meet you at the house when you check in but otherwise only if you need me. I’m only a five min walk away.
