Villa Le Rocce with sea view swimming pool

Villa Le Rocce is a wonderful villa with garden, pine forest and infinity pool overlooking the gulf of Marina di Campo, located at the foot of the characteristic village of Sant'Ilario. The strategic position of Villa Le Rocce will allow you to enjoy the incredible sea of the island of Elba and the excellent restaurants of Marina di Campo with a few minutes by car: the splendid Costa del Sole, with the famous beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia, are only 15 to 20 minutes away. The Villa, free on four sides and facing mainly south over the Marina di Campo gulf, guarantee a lot of light and a very high level of privacy. The large living room with fireplace and suggestive tiled stove overlooks the garden, which is equipped with a single sofa bed and guest bathroom; a second living area is part of the large dining room, which overlooks a terrace equipped with table, chairs and awning. The kitchen is fully equipped, and is connected to the sideboard and the laundry room, as well as overlooking another equipped outdoor area covered by a curtain. At the complete disposal of guests, without limitations, the beautiful panoramic infinity pool: a real pleasure for the soul... The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own beautiful ensuite bathroom. There is a mobile internet connection (via SIM), therefore not at high speed. There is no air conditioning but, given the hillside location and excellent natural ventilation, the heat rarely becomes excessive. However, on request we can provide free standing fans. The Villa is completely enclosed by a fance, and has a double access: a driveway from via dell'Ortale and a pedestrian one, more convenient for visiting the village of Sant'Ilario, in via Carpinacci. The internal parking can hold up to three medium-sized cars. Inside the property, a cool pine forest and a well-kept planted garden surround the villa. Guests have free access to the entire ground floor of the villa, the garden, the swimming pool, all the verandas, the pine forest; the garage / cellar floor and the first floor (where there is another bedroom) will not be accessible. Both the housekeeper and I are always available for any need. During the stay, a housekeeper will be available who will take care of watering the plants and assist guests with every aspect of the villa, including the management of door-to-door garbage collection. At the time of check-in, a payment of 240 euros in cash is required for the costs of final cleaning and bathroom-bed linen.
