Rural self catering cottage on working sheep farm

We have two self catering holiday cottages that are 4* graded with the welsh tourist board. They each have two twin rooms each that sleep up to 4 people. Bathroom(s) and additional toilet Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave fridge and freezer. Oil central heating via an external boiler and free view tv. Set on working sheep farm with far reaching views. Close to M4. Cardiff and shops and supermarkets as well as many restaurants and takeaways. We are close to many castles too. Barrwg is wheel chair accessible and has a fully access statement on our website. We are a working sheep farm and we do offer the opportunity to see at close quarters the lambing, feeding and care of our Welsh mountain sheep throughout the seasons. We also have two Shetland ponies that enjoy a grooming and petting As well as our fields, a short walk will lead you onto Twmbarlwm mountain with vast space to roam and far reaching views from the summit. A hearty walk along and up designated paths - but well worth the effort! We live on site and whilst you will be free to be as private as you wish, we are usually around if needed -just ask. we are very rural and accessed along a country lane, but we are only a mile from a local small town with everything you could need. Cardiff city is 20 miles away as are many castles, golf courses ( inc the Celtic Manor and ICC). A car is a must to get to us but once in local town there are buses, trains ( with free parking) and the M4 motorway
