Bibra Lake is 3 mins by car. Woolworths grocery is 2mins away. Kardinya Park, Gateway Cockburn, Garden city shopping is also close by or visit Fremantle (10 mins) restaurants, cafes, bars ++. Murdoch Uni , SJOG, Fiona Stanley and Perth’s Children Hospitals are 7 mins away The space we have decorated to allow for an ambient, colourful ethnic surrounding. Whole house except store room and garage which is for our private use. We will respond to messages as soon as we can. We are close to Bibra Lake, Fremantle, Fiona Stanly and St John of God Hospital and 25 mins from Perth via freeway. Location is very convenient to Fremantle or near freeway to Perth. There are busses close by but it’s easier to get around by car.
