Beautiful beachfront home available weekly in season (6/18/22- 9/3/22) and nightly (2 night min.) off season. Step out the door and into the sand. Sit on the porch and watch sailboat races from Niantic Bay Yacht Club just steps away. Close to downtown Niantic with restaurants, shops, movie theatre, etc. 18 miles from Mohegan Sun Casino. Attractions within 1/2 hour: Beautiful Mystic, CT, several vineyards, Harkness State Park, Eugene O'Neill Theatre, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, golf courses. Guests will have use of the entire home. In addition to all linens, including beach towels, there will be beach chairs for your use. It should be noted that while this is listed as a four bedroom, the 4th bedroom is the "sleeping area." It has two twin beds and is set up as a bedroom but it is in an "open space" part of the home on the lower level. Another important consideration to note is that the staircase is a spiral staircase. Those visiting with toddlers should be aware of this. The staircase is pictured in the listing for your review. Guests will have access to the entire home and yard as well as parking in front of the house. We live nearby and will always be available to answer any questions you may have or settle problems that may arise. Beachfront home in beautiful residential neighborhood. Pleasant 1.5 mile walk to downtown . Nice walk or bike to downtown . Travel by car or uber to other local attractions. Weekly rental period runs from Saturday at 4 pm to Saturday at 11 am. Off season is rented nightly with 2 night minimum. 8 person maximum occupancy. This includes children under the age of 2 who will be considered guests for purposes of this listing.
