House on the hill with stunning views across the city, to the country and out to sea. Tranquil location with easy access to the city and cycle and walking tracks. We have one room available for guests. It is a large bedroom with king single bed and has the use of a shared bathroom which is upstairs from the room. There is a toilet across the hall from the room. The space is suitable for one person only one private room with lovely views across the city and out to sea We can offer advice and tips on what to do in Christchurch and NZ. We enjoy meeting new people and learning about their lives and countries. We have travelled extensively prior to having children and we enjoy meeting people of different cultures Quiet neighbourhood with a friendly community. Close to the city but with the feeling of being away from it all. Fava café & brickworks restaurant and bar are all at the bottom of the hill. Booking and walking tracks at your doorstep. St Martins farmers market at the bottom of the hill every Sunday. No 17 Bus stops at the gate which goes directly you to the city for other connections and on to bryndwr We are a family of five, we have three young boys. Our main living and bedrooms are separate on the upper floor, allowing for privacy for all. We have a large garden to explore as well as 2 cats and chickens
