Welcome to Gravity Chalet, we are an established Family home in the Demanova valley just 15 minutes drive from the excellent Jasna Ski resort. If you're seeking a Snowboarding/Skiing adventure, mountain biking, hiking or Fishing then we are the place for you, We offer clean comfortable rooms just a stones throw from all of the above. We have 3 rooms in total, A double, triple and a quad which all have access to a shared bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. We look forward to welcoming you to GC We are available at all times as we also live within the chalet Gravity Chalet is a great base for your adventures within Slovakia. Jasna ski resort is a very short drive away & is no longer a secret, it has excellent lifts and pistes that cater for all abilities and for those that like to drift off piste or hunt powder you will find smiles for miles if you know where to look. Malino Brdo is an excellent ski resort in its own right but offers some of the best downhill mountain biking in the region. Liptovska Mara offers world class fishing with huge Carp, Pike and Zander to be found. You will also find the Demanova ice caves here which are well worth a visit Notable restaurants that serve a variety of food from traditional Slovak meals to burgers & pizza are as follows Pinus (yes you pronounce it exactly how you're thinking) they are also building a ski slope with lifts at the back of the restaurant technically making us ski to door Via Jasna - also comes with a wellness center - A great place to unwind after a day skiing or snowboarding. Drak - Probably the best food can be found here. Mustang - Steaks All have bars that serve just about every drink you can think of. A short drive away you also have Tatralandia - A thermal aquapark which is definitely worth a visit also an excellent way to finish off an evening skiing or snowboarding. Go Karting Shooting The main City of Liptovsky Mikulas is minutes away. The local Ice Hockey team MHK32 Liptovsky Mikulas - Without question the best night out in LM. Route 66 is a particular favorite of mine it serves a tasty range of food which is great value, it also has a nightclub upstairs. Good mood pizza Restart Burger Loco Burger Best beer can be found at Liptovar &Krcma Vah If you want the traditional slovak experience then check out either Strachanovka restaurant or Koliba. There is a frequent bus service that takes you to most locations such as Tatralandia directly outside the chalet, there is also the Ski bus at the end of the road. Please note there is a €1 Tourist tax per a person per a night payable upon arrival at the chalet Due to current Covid 19 restrictions we are unable to offer breakfast however you are welcome to prepare your own in our fully fitted kitchen.
