Beautiful house with private pool and garden in the village of Calviá. It is a fantastic place where to spend your holidays. The house has private parking and is surrounded by a lovely garden. The house is distributed in 2 floors. On the lower floor we found the dinning and living room, guest toilet and kitchen. On the upper floor we found the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and terrace, another full bathroom and two bedrooms. All rooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and central heating. The house is closed to Palma (20 m by car) but far away from trouble and mass tourism. Enjoy the great views from the village and the mountains nearby. Calvia village is a very typical mallorquin village. It's pretty good for couples, travelers and families. Enjoy central heating in winter and air condition in summer. Because of its location it is an ideal place for both lovers of mountain holidays and lovers of sun and beach holidays. The best way to move around is by car. There is free parking in the property.
