Sea Breeze Cottage is centrally located only a few minutes walk from Lytham centre and the beach with it's popular Lytham Green & Windmill which is host to several annual attractions including Lytham Festival and the 1940's weekend. The town centre is full of stylish restaurants and bars with an abundance of boutique shops. Lytham Hall is only a 10 minute walk away and a good selection of golf courses. For the children, there is a fantastic park and sand/water play area called Park View close by Centrally located with off road parking and a small private rear patio garden which is south facing and includes a patiotable with chairs for alfresco dining, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave and integral Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and folding drying maiden. There is also an iron and ironing board. The breakfast bar with 4 chairs provides a convenient dining area. In the Lounge, there is a HD TV with Freeview and DVD player with a selection of DVDs for both adults and children. In the sideboard there is a selection of Jigsaws and Board Games. There is an electric log burner which gives a lovely cosy feel with the rustic beamed ceiling and contemporary leather chesterfields to relax on. The master bedroom has a King Size bed looking out onto the mature trees and brook. There is a large fitted wardrobe with hangers and shelves and a separate chest of drawers with hairdryer and small flatscreen freeview TV. The twin bedroom has two single beds with a small flatscreen TV / DVD and a fitted wardrobe with shelves. Bedding, towels and hand soap are provided. The bathroom has an electric shower fitted over a bath. 5 minutes walk to Lytham Town Centre, Lytham Green & windmill and the promenade / beach. 10 minutes walk to Lytham Railway station. 3 minutes walk to a large Booths supermarket for all your essentials. 2 minutes walk to the famously fantastic Park View with it's park, sand & water play and skate park. 5 minutes drive to Ansdell & Fairhaven with it's adventure lake, golf course and promenade. 10 minutes drive to St.Annes with it's pier, water gardens and popular promenade. 20 minutes drive to Blackpool with it's host of attractions including the Tower, Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle and annual Illuminations.
