You'll be close to everything in Perth and have access to bikes, buses, trains and parking. Our house is 200 metres from trains and buses and 300 metres from a big shopping area with retail and restaurants. We live on a quiet street with tennis courts opposite the house and an olympic size swimming pool, gym and lakeside parkland an easy walk down the road. You're more than welcome to share our pool and we have bikes that you can borrow to ride to the beach and other nearby attractions like Kings Park and Fremantle. You have a private wing of the house but we are always available to help with any questions or problems. This is the perfect location. Claremont is very safe, beautiful and is close to all the major highlights of Perth. 2 bikes Buses/trains to the CBD and Fremantle Free parking available if you're driving
