Two bedroom Elegance Caravan for hire in Morecambe Bay, Heysham, located in Ocean Edge Holiday Park. This vacation home is perfect for family or couples and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a gas fireplace in the modern spacious lounge and flat screen TV with Freeview. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge&freezer, microwave and gas hob with oven is perfect for family meals. There are two bedrooms with en-suite toilet to master bedroom. 2 parking spaces, full central heating, double glazing, bedding provided, main bathroom with shower, spacious outdoor area with well looked after grass, two minutes walk to the coast, big playground for children of different ages, basketball court, restaurant, shop, bar and arcade, sauna and indoor swimming pool (subject to the weekend or weekly entry pass purchase) Caravan is about 1 minute walk away from playground, shop, reception, arcade, restaurant, bar and pool as well as seaside and lovely meadow that could be used for picnic, sport or chilling. The best is to arrive by car, and around the caravan park for a fit adult the best is to walk and for child a bike or a scooter would be lot of fun :) COVID 19 Guideline for AirBnB by Zaneta, Your Safety is My Main Priority Dear Guest, in order to maximise your safety I would kindly like to ask you to comply with following guideline. Shall you have any questions; I remain at your full disposal. • Only travel to my rental if you are fit to do so, and advise me if you are becoming unwell • Leave accommodation and the park if you are becoming unwell, and self-isolate at your home off park • When on park, respect and adhere to social distancing and hygiene policies • Personal towels will be available on the property for every guest, however in line with the current situation, I suggest you pack your own towel and use that one. Shall you need a fresh towel those will be available in the wardrobes on the top shelf packed separately. SOCIAL DISTANCING POLICY You must follow these policies and safety measures at all times whilst on park. These are in addition to any other park rules and are required to make sure the park operated safely. • I kindly ask you to maintain an appropriate and government recommended safe social distance (2m) from everybody outside of your party where possible • In instances where this may not be possible, please add additional shielding measures and/or PPE to maintain safe interaction • In some areas of the holiday park, there may be introduced a one-way system or spaced-out queuing system to avoid close contact with others • Where the above is not possible, only one member of your party should place orders at the bar, queue at a till point, visit reception or any of other accessible areas at one time • Where possible Ocean Edge Holiday Park has provided visible markers to help you adhere to social distancing guidelines when using any of its facilities on park • In order to maintain social distancing with younger guests and visitors, any children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult within any public and open areas of the park HYGIENE POLICY As well as asking Holidaymakers to continue maintaining personal hygiene standards, regularly washing hands and using a disposable tissue to catch any coughs or sneezes, caravan park and myself will also be implementing a number of enhanced hygiene measures in order to reduce any risk of contamination. • Use of disinfectant when cleaning communal areas and accommodation • Frequent deep cleaning and disinfecting of high footfall areas and surfaces • Providing gloves and PPE for all park housekeeping teams • Introduction of handwashing and sanitisation stations in public areas and near entrances and exits where possible • Hygiene is a huge priority for the Ocean Edge Park and staff will be on hand ensuring superb cleanliness standards are maintained across the park. USING VENUES AND FACILITIES Ocean Edge Park has put in place a number of policies and steps in each of its venues in order to maintain hygiene and social distancing standards. This includes any on park shops, venues, restaurants, bars, takeaways, and leisure facilities available on the park. On park shops • Where possible, cashless/contactless transactions have been encouraged • Staff will monitor and control the number of customers within shops at one time • Queue management systems have been introduced with controlled entrances and exits where possible • Where possible, Ocean Edge has installed floor markings inside shops to aid with social distancing • All baskets and trolleys are sanitized by the Ocean Edge Employees to minimize the risk of cross-contamination Takeaways • All takeaway shop areas have been fitted with floor markings to aid with social distancing • Ocean Edge Park has provided signage to direct customers into lanes so you can queue while maintaining a government recommended distance • Additional pop-up hand washing and sanitization stations or facilities have been provided • All food is served direct from the kitchen to marked collection points within the takeaway Arcades • All cash points are regularly being sanitised by the Park staff and you are encouraged to the use of contactless payment methods where available • The change machines within our arcades have been disabled • Arcade equipment and screens are regularly cleaned and sanitised by Ocead Edge Employees • As with all other areas on park, the social distancing policy is in operation Swimming pools (when open) • No changing rooms and facilities will be accessible for changing prior to using the pool. Customers are asked to arrive at the pool in their swimwear, and to remove and store their clothing poolside • Changing facilities will be available when you leave the water • Showers will not be available prior or after using the pool • The number of people allowed in our swimming pools (when open) have been reduced at any one time Venues, restaurants and bars • All Holiday Park venues are operating at a reduced capacity in all areas to ensure correct social distancing • Hand sanitiser is available at all entrances and exits to all of the venues • Queue management systems have been introduced with controlled entrances and exits where possible • All food is served direct from the kitchen to marked collection points and at the moment they are not being delivered to tables • When you have finished and leave the table Park employees will ensure the table and condiments box are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly • There is a dedicated member of staff on hand at front of Park house for cleaning and sanitising COVID 19 related Additional Cleaning Procedure When cleaning I will use disinfectant chemicals which are effective on envelope viruses after cleaning with hot soapy water. I wash the bed linen at very high temperature. Items such as games, books and soft furnishing such as cushions have been removed from property as following a COVID 19 guideline from the Caravan Park. I am going to pay extra attention when it comes to disinfecting following Key touchpoints: • security box and set of keys • External door handle and internal frame • Kettle and toaster • All kitchen cupboard fronts and drawer handles • Oven handles and hob knobs • All window handles • All internal door handles plus 15cm around the handle • All light switches within the holiday home • Bed side cabinets & wardrobe handles • Fire controls • Remote control • My cleaning requirements have increased and it adds time onto my usual cleaning schedule, but I am very happy to do so to ensure your safety. In the event of illness honesty is important to help protect everyone on park. If you, anyone in your party, or any private guests, have shown symptoms of Covid-19 or any other illness whilst on park you must also inform the park reception immediately and follow the Government guidelines regarding self-isolation at your home address.
