Upstairs there are 3 elegant bathrooms - 2 bathrooms with shower and one sink and one with two sinks and a bathtub. On the same floor there is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. On a fully fenced plot of 650 m2 there is a beautiful garden where you can relax with your family and friends.
