Sands Cottage, Talbenny hall farm cottages

Sands is a light and airy cottage, the kitchen, dining and lounge areas all share a double height ceiling room There is a double bedroom and the second room has two full size bunks, opposite the smaller bedroom is a shower and toilet room, all on one level. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NO LONGER BE PROVIDING TOWELS AS PART OF OUR CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS. The Cottages occupy a very peaceful quiet space, if you are looking for a restful break; Little Haven is a 5 minute drive away or you can walk down but it's uphill on the way back! There is plenty of parking at the Cottages. There is a BBQ area, the grill and tools are kept in the laundry room (please return them, cleaned after use). There is a grassed area where you could picnic if you like to do that. There are various seats around the grounds. Paul and I are often at the Cottages cleaning or gardening. We are always available on the phone or by text (probably better as the phone signal is not great up there) We are based just outside LittleHaven with beautiful scenery in all directions there is lots to see and do round about(lots of information and leaflets can be found in the utility room) or you can simply come and have a relaxing break. Really you do need a car to get around the area although it can be done by train and local bus service with much planning! Doggie board is £3 per night per dog. We ask you also keep your dogs off soft furnishings and the bed.
