This private room for 2 persons in Condo Unit #101 is conducive for budget-conscious travelers and is located within the City Proper. The room (Room #3) is one of three private rooms available for transient inside the Condo Unit. Our location is very accessible to taxis and jeepneys and near popular tourist spots - 5 minute's drive to Burnham Park in light traffic; 3 minute's walk to Lourdes Grotto. Features & Amenities: 1. Guests have close access to the host/owner of the property since she and her staff live in the same floor of the condo, a few meters away; 2. The host has been awarded the badge of "Superhost" by Airbnb; 3. A mini store exclusively for guests where they could buy basic necessities such as toiletries and light snacks; 4. WiFi connection on high speed (up to 20 mbps) fiber optic internet; 5. Cable TV; 6. Electric fan; 7. Shared toilet/bathroom with hot/cold shower; 8. Bed linens, blankets and pillows; 9. Comforters (thick blanket) during cooler months; 10. Towels upon request; 11. House sleepers; 12. Safety equipment (fire extinguisher, emergency light, first aid kit). Occupants of Room #3 do not have exclusive use of common spaces (including the furnishings) in Condo Unit #101. These common spaces include the Living Room, Dining Area & Kitchen, Toilet/Bathroom, and Visitors area outside Unit #101. WITHIN CITY PROPER & ACCESSIBLE BY PUBLIC & PRIVATE TRANSPORT Situated within the City Proper and along a major road thoroughfare, our condos are very accessible by public and private vehicles. It's not difficult to get around since Baguio is not a very large city, and most of its major attractions are fairly located close to each other. Going to popular locations in the city proper (City Hall, Public Market, Burnham Park, Session Road) is convenient as you can take a taxi cab or jeepney right in front of our condo building. Travel time is about 5-10 minutes in light traffic. You can also travel by foot using the sidewalks, as many tourists and residents enjoy doing. From the city proper, there are other jeepney lines plying to popular tourist spots. Other destinations popular to tourists that are accessible by public or private transports: 1. Wright Park; 2. St. Joseph Parish, Pacdal; 3. The Mansion; 4. Botanical Garden; 5. Camp John Hay; 6. Teacher's Camp; 7. Mines View Park; 8. Good Shepherd Convent; 9. Strawberry Farm; 10. Bell Church; 11. Our Condo units are also just a few meters from the national highway (Naguilian Road), where provincial buses pass and pick up passengers. This is conducive if you wish to visit the neighboring provinces in the lowlands (La Union, Pangasinan, the Ilocos) and enjoy their warm weather, beaches and delicacies. Bus fare to the capital of La Union (San Fernando) is about eighty pesos (ordinary, without aircon). Since most areas in Baguio are predominantly on hilly/sloping terrain, the road in front is level with the fourth floor of the building. Our Condo Units, which are 3 floors down (not considered underground) are level with the road at the back and the Barangay Hall. Our units have windows and/or open-air lanais.
