BIG rustic holiday home near the beach

A huge, happy, holiday home is in the beautiful quiet town of Kleinmond, one road away from the beach. Enough space for the whole family & less than an hours drive from Cape Town & 20 minutes drive from Hermanus. This is renowned for its fynbos & other beautiful fauna. There is a blue flag beach 5-10 mins walk from the house with life guards on duty in the season. There are a number of stunning hikes in the forest or in the mountain. This little town has something for everyone. It is a house built with a big family, fun & socializing in mind. A rustic laid back space, not luxurious or glamorous but it is a comfortable, relaxing, spacious home. There is an open plan dining room, lounge & kitchen downstairs which leads onto a braai/barbeque stoop which has weather blinds for cooler evenings or winter rain. The stoop table seats 18 people. The kitchen has a double eyelevel oven and a gas hob. There is a microwave and a double door fridge/ freezer. Downstairs there is also a full family bathroom and a double garage, which has been converted into a playroom with a dart board, pool table and table tennis table. Via the "playroom" one can access the two dormitory rooms which each have 2 sets of single bunk beds and 1 set double bed bunk beds per room (sleeps 6-8 people per room). Upstairs in the main house there are 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a small TV lounge. From this lounge and two of the bedrooms one can access an upstairs balcony which has comfy furniture to chill & read. There is free premium DSTV with dual view settings. Guests have access to the whole house except a 3rd lounge/ Tv room downstairs where we store our personal belongings. In each room there are two built in cupboards guests will only have access to one cupboard per room. The cleaner comes once per week to clean the house or after each guest. if you have any issues that need resolving there a cohost who lives in the town. No public transport but the shops, beach, etc are within walking distance. There is no garage. There is enough space to park 6 cars on the front law but the front of the property is not fenced.
