Large Guest House in city center

My house is what we call here "une mancelle". This is a typical house from "La Sarthe". I have finish renovating recently. I have done everything from top to bottom and it looks fantastic! Colors are neutral and peaceful. There are 3 large bedrooms in the house. Each bedrooms has got internet connection and television. Beds are ready on your arrival and I provide towels, shower gel and shampoo. There are toilets on each floor. Also i can provide 2 baby cots, ababy high chair and a pushchair if you need it. Also there is a nice back garden where you can relax. Also there is a barbecue. The price includes continental breakfast and there is coffee, tea, chocolate, juice, milk, yogurt, bread, jam... in the kitchen for you. My house is situated in Le Mans city center, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, the station and old town. It is 5 minuts walk from the tramway that will get you straight to the race :-) Also it is situated about 10 minutes by car from the race. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and there are very useful shops within walking distance (bakers, supermarket, chemist, florist, restaurants...) Also the river is at the end of my street. You can have a very nice walk along. You can park in front of the house, there free parking space in the street. La maison est une mancelle typique que j’ai rénovée du sol au plafond pour en faire en endroit accueillant. Le quartier est calme et à proximité de tout: 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville et du tram (arrêt Lafayette), 5 minutes à pied du Palais des Congrès, 10 minutes à pied de la gare et 10 minutes du circuit en voiture. Il y a des places de parking gratuites devant la maison. La rue est très calme. La maison fait environ 130 m2 et peut accueillir 14 personnes réparties dans 3 grandes chambres + parties communes. Il y a 2 salles de bains et 3 toilettes dans la maison. La maison est équipée du wifi. Je fournis les draps et serviettes de toilettes. Les lits sont prêts à votre arrivée. Si vous avez besoin d'un lit bébé, d'une chaise haute ou d'une poussette, pas de soucis je vous les mets à disposition! Derrière la maison il y a une jolie cour avec terrasse en bois, salon de jardin et un barbecue électrique à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est fournis et à disposition dans la cuisine: thé, café, jus d'orange, pain de mie, beurre, confiture, yaourts, cracottes, petits grillés ... Je me ferai un plaisir de vous mettre à disposition ce havre de paix durant votre séjour au Mans.... Guests has got access to the entire house and garden. If you need to be helped to find a nice place to eat, to book a restaurant, to hire bikes, boats...... I will be delighted to help you and make your experience in Le Mans unforgettable! Si besoin je me ferai un plaisir de vous aiguiller durant votre séjour au Mans. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the city center and the river, it offers nice walk. You can reach a public parc within 2 mins walk as it is at the end of the street. AlsoYou can reach "Les Chimères" and the Cathedrale within 5 minutes walk ("Les chimeres" = free show everynight in the old town in summer) Supermarket, bakery, chemist.... is only 2 minutes walking. The neighborhood is very central but very quiet too. Public transport (tram and bus) to the circuit is at your door step :-) The house is 10 minutes walking from the station. The tram stop "La Fayette" is 5 minutes walk from the house. This takes you the the race in 15 minutes :-) Free car parking in front of the house.
