Designed specifically for pleasure, dip into the solar heated pool, challenge your friends to a tennis match or curl up for lengthy siestas in front of one of two flickering fireplaces We have just moved into the area recently and have fallen in love with our house and everything that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, and are excited to get to share these 2 wonderful things with our guests. Besides the outdoor entertaining areas (2 including one covered area), tennis court and swimming pool, the house has four living areas, a stone-topped kitchen with an adjoining butler’s pantry, a fully fitted home office with built-in desks, while the master bedroom has French doors to lawns beside the tennis court, a retreat lounge, large dressing room and a stylish fully tiled ensuite. Guests who are taking a room will still have access to the whole house, garage and garden area and laundry facilities. We will help guests as much or as little as they want. We will welcome and pick up guests if necessary from local train station. We are happy to assist you plan your stay with us, to help you get the most out of your time down here on the peninsula with suggested itineraries etc. Email us to ask for more details. Equally if you want to be left alone for a peaceful break we'll give you your space / vacate the home. Located in Mount Eliza – the gateway to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula with wineries, restaurants, golf, hot springs at your doorstep. A food lovers delight. Ocean and bay beaches are all close by. Very quiet location. Best coffee and morning breakfast café and mini grocer within walking distance. Bus stop at front door and train station 5 minutes away. Access to freeways and wineries a 5 minute drive. Further temporary bedding can be arranged if requested and baby equipment.
