Itaewon Kingdom House, @Itaewon 5 mins

Are you a traveller? Or.. are you exchange students? Maybe you are working in Seoul? Then you can make practical use of this House. You can reach most main areas of Seoul via Itaewon station (5~6 mins), or via bus. My house is just behind the main street of Itaewon, but it is pretty quite at night because it's inside the alley of antique furniture street. Welcome to Itaewon! Itaewon Kingdom house is located near Itaewon station which is at the heart of Seoul. Some people might say Itaewon is not a safe place.. but I've lived here for more than two years now and I really love this place. One of my guest told me that Itaewon is little bit unsafe, compared to other places in Seoul but Seoul is a very safe city in the world, so Itaewon is much safer than most other countries. I agree to him. Itaewon Kingdom house is near the main street of Itaewon. You can easily reach the main street in about 3~4 mins. But you will realise that when you are inside house, it is very silent and calm. You'll be able to have a good rest. When you need fresh air, just go upstairs where is rooftop of this building. You can look down at the Itaewon city, and have some quality time. Oh, one thing you should be aware of is that my house is on 3rd floor. You could have hard time bringing the luggage to 3rd floor. (there's no elevator in this building) You have two bedrooms. Bedroom One has two super-single beds. Bedroom Two has two single beds. Best for four people. You can use shampoo, body wash, and you will be provided three towels each. There is water purifier you can use(free water). If you have work to do at home, wireless internet is available. Also pocket wifi is provided for your external use. You can work on the long table in the living room for as much as you need. You should bring your own toothbrush, cleasing foam, etc. Smoking is prohibited inside house. But if you are a smoker, you can smoke at the rooftop. Please don't throw away cigarette. Thanks. I am willing to communicate. But if you don’t want, I won’t bother you. I also work at daytime. Itaewon is a global city. Located at the very heart of Seoul, there are many restaurants and beautiful coffee shops, and hot places you can visit. The street that my house is located is 'Itaewon Antique Furniture Street'. It is quite and fancy place. If you like to walk around, you can walk 15~20 mins to the river Han-gang. Many residential people love to jog at night. *Subway : Itaewon station (line no.6) is 5~7 mins away. *Bus : (1) near Crown Hotel (Yong-san city hall) : bus (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ) near Itaewon station : bus (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) A With subway or bus, you can reach most of the main area in Seoul. Also Seoul and Yongsan train station is close, you can easily go to Busan, Daejeon and other places in South Korea.
