It is a leafy suburb close to the Goodwood Rd and King William Rd shopping precinct. Goodwood Rd offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, movie cinema's and more. All within walking distance. Being on the city fringe the CBD is easily accessible. Very close to the Royal Adelaide Showgrounds - check out the Farmers Market open every Sunday morning. Only 50 meters from Wayville Reserve which has a fantastic playground for kids. Only 400m (less than 5 minute walk) from the tram making easy access to the CBD, Adelaide Oval to see AFL and Cricket, the Fringe or Tour Downunder. Or take the tram to Glenelg or Morphettville Racecourse. Only a 350m walk to the newly established Drakes supermarket and Chemist King. And 400m from the popular Goody Hotel which offers casual dining and has an onsite bottle shop. Discounts for longer stays. FRIDGE: There is a mini fridge in the kitchen as seen in the photo of the kitchen. This is slightly larger than a standard hotel fridge. HOT WATER: new system installed, now enjoy a comforting hot shower. AIR COND: There is a reverse cycle split system located in the kitchen/open living area. We also provide one portable evaporative air-cond for the bedroom. Our place is priced at a fair rate. There is not ducted heating and cooling. In an extreme heat wave our place will warm up. The shower does not have the same water pressure you will find at a 5 star hotel. What we do offer is comforatable, friendly, affordable accommodation, free Wi-Fi, washing machine (BYO detergent/powder) and dryer, off street parking, space/room for a family or group of friends located close to shops, the city and public transport. All of this for only $70 base rate. We have recieved many 5 star reviews and our priority is that you have a great stay!
