The comfortable, bright 3.5-room apartment with beds for 4-6 guests is centrally located in Flims Waldhaus. The open-plan kitchen (modern equipment) is ideal for a cosy get-together. A bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom (bathtub), as well as a children's room with two bunk beds are available. Furthermore a family bathroom with shower. The living room impresses with its cosy TV lounge and fireplace, with direct access to the covered terrace, which offers a great view of the impressive Flimserstein. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment is located directly next to 2 bus stops with free shuttle to different stations. There is an underground car park with private parking, the residence also has a lift, a laundry and drying room, a ski and bicycle room. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance, opposite a cozy cafe, where you can get bread for breakfast on reservation. The shuttle bus stop (free of charge) is directly in front of the building. In less than 500 m you reach a grocery store (Volg), hotel swimming pool, various wellness facilities, tennis courts, playgrounds and the picturesque bathing lake Cauma. In 1 km distance or 3 minutes by bus you will find a shopping centre with Coop, pharmacy and cinema, the mountain railways, ski lifts, ski school, ski slopes or in summer the bike tracks. A sports centre with climbing park is also within easy reach. The apartment offers access to many hiking and biking trails. The Swiss Canyon can be reached in 30 minutes, Lake Cauma in 15 minutes on foot. Apart from hiking, skiing or snowboarding, the surroundings offer the following activities: Biking, horse riding, golf, rafting, climbing, curling, ice skating and much more. The towns of Flims, Laax and Falera are only 30 minutes by car from Chur and 1 hour 45 minutes from Zurich. You can also reach our resort easily from all over Europe. Whether by public transport or by plane - thanks to the very well developed infrastructure around Flims, Laax and Falera, you can reach us within a short time. In addition to the post bus (Bus 81), Flims, Laax offers a free shuttle service during the seasons. This can be used with the guest card and stops right outside the front door. Further parking spaces can be found within walking distance in the car park.
