Akaroa Waterfront Apartment is on the second level of a restored 1830's colonial building. Located on the main street in the village it features some of the best views in Akaroa. The Apartment has two spacious queen bedrooms, a full kitchen and a comfortable sunny lounge with lovely decor, great artwork and french doors leading to the balcony overlooking the harbour. Overlooking cafes, restaurants and the sea. Only minutes walk to the local cinema, great food and shops. The Apartment has two spacious queen bedrooms, a full kitchen and a comfortable sunny lounge, a TV room and a balcony looking out over the street. It is situated above a cafe so please not there can be some morning noise from this! You will have access to the entire apartment which is the entire top floor of the building. I will be available to help you at any time via the Airbnb app or my mobile phone. The house is right opposite the beach, a fabulous playground and a great beach front restaurant. Please note this apartment is accessed by stairs only. Please note for stays of 10 days or more; we will require a weekly clean to be done by our cleaners at the cost of $80 plus GST per week.
