Enjoy a walk or cycle on the many klms of cycleways & walking tracks that are renowned in the Illawarra. The patrolled beach & cafe are an 80 metre walk. The general store & takeaway shops are close by. There is a designated smoking and vaping area at the rear of the studio. Entry beside the side of the house. Entire pool and studio area exclusive for guests. Owners occupy the fully detached main house and will not interrupt your peace and privacy if that is what you prefer but are always available to assist you in any way if they're home. Just 80 klms south of Sydney and 12 klms north of Wollongong, Woonona Beach is perfect for your holiday stay. You'll feel at home in this relaxed atmosphere, which also features some local studio artwork on display. The patrolled and surfing beach directly a cross the road. There's excellent food & coffee at Northbreak Café, only a 150 metre walk. Grocery store, newsagent, liquor shop, fish and chips and hamburger takeaways only a short stroll. Woonona Railway Station is only 300 metres from Beach Studio 6 (owners will pick up if required). Enjoy a unique experience of travelling in a vintage car along the beaches (included). There is also underground lockup parking for a performance or luxury vehicle if required. Enjoy complimentary French champagne, beer, snacks, breakfast cereals, coffee and more.
