Flat screen , already connected to a DVD player, cable TV and Wi-Fi. a stereo CD alarm clock, plus a kitchenette with everything to make your stay convenient and enjoyable, there is a personal desk and a dresser, and personal folding table Equipped kitchen with pots and pans, gadgets to make your stay nice and convenient, living room with flat screen TV, cable TV and Wi-Fi, Blu-ray and DVD player, dining table. Etc, patio with charcoal grill and a wide one acre property where you could enjoy fresh air. Klauzz property has a nice coffee and tea station with a keurig coffee maker and supplies. bathrooms are supplied with a shower speaker to sync your phone and either listen your music or answer a call if you are busy. This is a self check in and out property, the night before your reservation I will send you the codes and link key for parking access , I clean the property every week to make sure we all have clean linens and towels, we have a security system throughout property for safety and peace of mind of all, as a guest you have the right to have visits but when you have visits staying over either all night or constantly this will create separate charges you will have to cover. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, usually police cars patrol the area twice a day and we have a security system for safety, is located just around the corner of Hwy 60 one of the main roads in Bay City, only min. From stores. 15 min from Phillips 66, 10 min. From Tenaris, 20 from Exelon, 15-20 from STP. There is no public transportation, but our house is conveniently located almost over Hwy 60 since there you could access other major roads. HEB store for major groceries, fax and a different services. Over hwy 35 there are major plant jobs like Tenaris and Phillips 66, Chevron, through hwy 60 Exelon in Wharton, STP, Lyondell base and Matagorda getaway beach. Bay city is a small town growing into a central gateway. We have a brand new movie theater who is similar and or better to the ones in major cities, a broad variety of dining places, local bars, camping places, outdoor parks, just 25-35 min from our closest beach getaway at Matagorda Bay, the perfect place to enjoy fishing with its own small marina, local stores and dining,
