Just out of the hustle-and-bustle of Old Town, Calm House Gallery Villa is ideally located in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood on Cam Nam Island. Just a quick 3-minute bike ride to the bridge that leads you straight into Hoi An’s famous Central Market. And from there you can visit all the delightful sites that this UNESCO Heritage Site has to offer. Our address is 152 Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, Cam Nam, Hoi An. Each of our 15 rooms is outfitted with a plushy King or Queen-sized bed, silky-soft sheets and duvets, an ensuite western-style bathroom, thick towels, a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, air-con, and wi-fi. Rooms are airy and full of light, with balconies overlooking the island or the river. Breakfast features home-made Pho or a toasted baguette with an omelette or butter and jam, yogurt, fresh fruit, and Vietnamese coffee or herbal tea. I'm available 16 hours a day from 6am to 10pm to talk or welcome guests. Our neighbour are local people. They are helpful and friendly. Normally it is a quiet area but when they have special events such as wedding or completing new house building, they are a bit noisy with karaoke and parties.
