Villa Ronchetti is a very private property with a stunning view over a Unesco protected Fort - Fort of Gavi. Enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. Elevation of our property is 365 metres. * 4K television in Annex with Apple TV 4K * Full HD television in Main house with music bar with Apple TV 4K * Internet radio * Two washing machines * Two freezers/refrigerators * WiFi in and outside the house * Airconditions in all 5 bedrooms * The house i fully equipped and let us know if you have special wishes - we might be able to help There is full acces to the entire property except for one room with private belongings. We have a friend who takes care of our guests arrivals and departures. And he can help with almost anything. View to the Castle of Gavi The area around Gavi is fantastic for biking and hiking - and you can start biking from the edge of the property. Between Villa Ronchetti and city of Gavi there is a protected forest. You can walk from Villa Ronchetti to Gavi through the forest. The swimming pool is closed between mid October to mid April. If you would like us to open the pool in that period it comes with an extra cost of 1,500 EUR's and we need 2 weeks in advance.
