This pleasant renovated gite of 43 m2 with mezzanine is located in a charming building in the village of Saint Jean de Boiseau. You will find yourself between Nantes and the ocean, between city and countryside, on the course of the Loire by bike (5 minutes walk from the Loire). The gite is close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, beating-tabac-press, pharmacy, post office ...). This duplex comprises a separate entrance (access directly from the street) upstairs a spacious and bright living room, next to a bedroom space. A mezzanine with a single bed overhangs this room. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle. A vacuum cleaner is at your disposal as well as a Bluetooth speaker. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Rates quoted are for 2 people, in case of additional people a supplement of 10 € will be requested upon arrival.
