Our apartment is a quiet place where you can unwind and step away from the daily grind or embrace everything this coastal haven has to offer. We are on the second floor (third from the secure car park) so please consider the stairs before you book. From the minute you walk through the front door, you’ll be captivated by the incredible views of Bulcock Beach, Pumicestone Passage, the Glasshouse Mountains and even Moreton Island. While you are walking distance to everything, you may just want to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Perfect for couples, families or business travellers, everything you need for a comfortable beachfront holiday or a quiet workspace. Kitchen - Fully equipped for when you want to cook for yourself. Living - Comfortable three seater lounge, massive TV and dining table and chairs. There’s also a table and chairs on the patio if you’d rather dine outside. Bedroom 1 - A queen size bed, bed side tables, wardrobe, a TV and ensuite with shower and basin. All linen provided. Bedroom 2 - A bunk bed with a single bed above a double bed, (sleeping three), wardrobe and bedside table. Bathroom - Separate toilet and wash basin, shower over a full size bath, basin and combined washing machine/dryer under the bench. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer available. There is a fan and a heater available for your added comfort but the apartment enjoys sea breezes all year round. Bring your favourite coffee pods as there’s a Nespresso machine for your convenience. The apartment has a specified car park in the secure underground parking garage off The Esplanade side of the building. There’s also free on street parking on both Leeding Tce and The Esplanade. If the street parks aren’t available there’s a free public car park two blocks away in Cooma Tce. We are available via phone for emergencies or text/email for less urgent matters. Our beachfront apartment sits in the heart of the Caloundra shopping and cafe precinct, with most amenities within a five minute walk either way when you step on Esplanade or Leeding Tce. The perfect location for the Caloundra markets or a 10 minute walk around to popular King’s Beach. The local Caloundra shopping centre is a three minute drive if you’re looking for department stores or larger supermarkets. Our apartment has the added bonus of a secure car park under the building which you enter from the Esplanade side of the building. This is really helpful during the holiday periods when neighbourhood parks can be hard to find. From the car park you take the stairs up to our apartment. If arriving by foot the entrance is on Leeding Tce and is the left hand stairwell as you face the building. If you’re on the Esplanade side, you can take the path on the left side of the building to reach the Leeding Tce entrance. The apartment is located on the second floor and accessible from a internal stairwell which is accessible from Leeding Tce and the internal garage.
