Amazing Kiyovu compound - 2 Bedroom upper house

Awesome location in Kiyovu Kigali. Great little house with uniquely modern #MadeinRwanda Afrochic furnishing. Large kitchen with modern appliances. Wonderful yard with view of the light of Kigali at night. Access to large compound with private yoga/meditation studio. Walk to downtown including the Serina, new Marriott, Mille Colline (Hotel Rwanda), CHUK, and more. Neighbor to President Kagame which make area very secure. Quaint house perfect for a couple people. Uniquely modern #MadeinRwanda Afrochic furnishing. Large kitchen and living area. The whole house is for the guests. I'm in and out of Rwanda but always have staff there and other friends who can help guest get acclimated to the house and city. Kiyovu is one of the best neighborhood in Kigali and our compound located in the heart of it but also close to Nymirambo which is also a fun neighborhood. The area is very safe and easily walkable to downtown, KIST, CHUK and some of the best hotels in Kigali including the Serena, the new Marriott, and Hotel des Mille Collines (aka Hotel Rwanda). There are two cats that stay in front of house but do not enter inside the main house at all and the staff care for them.
