Light and airy cottage ,on the outskirts of Llandudno with parking for 2 cars. Unrivalled panoramic views of the coast, the rolling hills of the Conwy valley and the majestic mountains of the Snowdonia range beyond. Unlimited super fast wi-fi. Bay View Cottage is two bedroom stone cottage with spectacular sea and countryside views, and is a real 'home from home' . Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and plenty of pots and pans. There is a fully tiled modern walk in shower room, dining room leading to a lounge with a Smart TV and a conservatory. There is unlimited Wi-Fi access. Upstairs (stairs are steep) are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Outside, there is secure parking for two cars and steps down to the entrance. You will have sole use of the garden, patio area and summer house. Guests have access to the whole cottage and garden Sorry but pets are not allowed There is self check in but we live 5 minutes away from the cottage and are available if you have any queries during your stay. We have good local knowledge and plenty of up to date information about the area, including tourist attractions leaflets and sample menus from the great eating places to be found locally. Penrhynside has two village pubs. There are local beaches close by and a cycle route will take you safely in either direction along the coastal path. To the east you will find the golf links, then maybe enjoy a bite to eat in one of the many cafes or ice cream parlours in Rhos-on- Sea and visit the chapel of St Trillo which is the smallest chapel in Britain and look out for oyster catchers, cormorants and the ancient monks fishing weir at low tide. To the west of Bay View Cottage, take the car, bus, cycle or walk to Llandudno, the Queen of the Welsh Resorts which has wealth of attractions including a first class theatre, farm park, paddling pool, the Great Orme Ancient copper Mines . Penrhynside is a perfect holiday base and is under a 5 minute drive to the centre of Llandudno and a short walk to a regular regular bus service along the coast. There are lovely local walks from the cottage for exploring the area. To keep you as safe as possible, we have an enhanced cleaning routine. The cottage will be deep cleaned and sanitised between guests. To give time to do this properly, guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 5pm on the day of arrival and to leave by 9am on the final day.
