Comfy Bedroom in Luxury House Near Central Area

A cheap and spacious bedroom in a big and very comfy house (2 floors + basement) located in a safe neighborhood in downtown South Jakarta with a very close access to public transportation (5 mins walk to busway/transjakarta), toll road (5 mins), convenience stores (less than 100m), and Senayan/Sudirman areas (15 mins). We are a couple who love to meet new people from different backgrounds. The bedroom is for female only (1-2 guests). The rooms we share (kitchen, dining, and living room) are spacious and clean. If you bring/rent a car, we have enough space in our carport. Kitchen, dining room, living room, carport, garage, and laundry area We are willing to take you to interesting places in Jakarta when we are available Our house is surrounded by small traditional market and access to get a rare Jakarta traditional transportation (Delman).
