We are an easy walk to the Bristol and Bath science park and close to transport links to the centre of Bristol. The property is fully equipped with its own parking spaces, a private courtyard, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath, and a good size kitchen/living space. Emersons Green is a very well-regarded, quiet neighbourhood on the north-east edge of Bristol. The historic city of Bath is only 13 miles away, and the centre of Bristol just 6. A number of buses run from the bus stop a short walk away straight into the centre. The village in Emersons itself includes a large Sainsburys, Boots, Lidl, several eateries and miscellaneous other stores. There are several pubs serving food a short stroll away. Plenty of parking is available at the property and the transport links are easily accessible. N/A
