Freshly rehabbed, family friendly home awaits your trip to greater Chicago-land and Northern Illinois. Our home is quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. We live here full time and will prepare the home for your arrival before we leave. Our four bedroom, three bathroom home on a quiet cul-du-sac awaits your family and friends. We're located close to all that Gurnee has to offer including Great America and Gurnee Mills shopping. 15 minute drive to Naval Station Great Lakes and 30 minutes to historic Long Grove. You'll be about an hour and a half to both Milwaukee and Chicago. Three bedrooms upstairs including a large master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. A large kids bedroom with two twin beds for the kids. And a playroom with possible queen air mattress. An additional full sized bathroom with tub completes the second floor. A fourth bedroom on the ground floor features a full sized bed and gorgeous bathroom with walk in shower across the hall. All linens and towels are excellent quality including down comforters on all beds. The first floor includes the guest room and bathroom, dining room, open concept kitchen and den, living room, and laundry/mud room. Plenty of parking in the driveway, street, or garage if required. Central air, wi-fi Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney, HBO, and Direct TV. Patio with table and chairs and sitting area in the large back yard. Fully outfitted kitchen with coffee and tea and light breakfast for you. We will leave the garage and shed locked if not required. We're just a text or phone call away! Very sweet neighbors but they keep to themselves. Please be respectful of the quiet setting. We live in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. Our neighbors are friendly and the feeling is cozy. Our development is from the 1960's so there's lots of mature trees and larger yards. You'll need a car/Uber to get around though. We also have a lovely park with a lake just steps away, accessible through the adjacent cul de sac. There's tennis and basketball courts, a shelter with picnic tables for lunch, and fishing in the lake too. Or just strolling or biking the paths is nice. There is a PACE bus along Grand Avenue but it would be about a 20 minute walk (or more) to access it. Plenty of parking in our cul de sac or our driveway though. Gurnee Mills shopping center and Great America are about 5 minutes away by car. We live here when we’re not renting for Airbnb. Items will be in closets, drawers, pantry and refrigerator but we make room for our guests and keep everything tidy!
