The Lovely Chain House

This charming chain house located in the south part of Enskede is surrounded by greenery. It’s not only close to Nackareservatet with its forests and lakes or a 2 minute walk from the beautiful and peaceful Skogskyrkogården (The Woodland Cemetery), it’s also just 20 minutes away from the bustling city life Stockholm has to offer. Welcome! The chain house is approx 112 sqm in size, divided on 4,5 floors. It’s kind of a quirky floorplan which gives the house lots of charachter and also gives it a lot of light flooding through. There are 3 regular bed rooms and one smaller room in “the attic”. There is one wc on the middle floor next to 2 of the bedrooms and one bigger bathroom with both shower and bath and wc downstairs. In the front of the house there is a terrace and a small garden and just opposite to the house is a small play ground so you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the afternoon/evening sun while the kids are on the swings. Behind the house there is another small terrace if you want to have your breakfast in the morning sun. We also built a small wood fire sauna for 4 people in the garden shed. The neighbours are great and the area is quiet and friendly. You will have the whole house to yourselves and we want you to feel like you are in a home away from home. Parts of the fridge and the freezer will be emptied and we will also provide some space for you to hang your clothes. We also have a washing machine. We only rent the house when we are away so the key will probably be picked up from one of our neighbours or in the key box and you will always be able to reach us by phone. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The easiest way to get to the city from here is by bus. The bus station is called Pungpinan and is a short walk from here. From there you can take bus 180 to Kärrtorp or bus 816 to Gullmarsplan. Then you take the metro to the city. Check sl.se to see departures (or download the app). You can not buy tickets on the bus so you need to get a bus pass or download the SL-app to be able to buy tickets. At the metro station you can buy your ticket directly at the entrance.
