Homey and Clean 1 bedroom unit @MPlace W/Netflix

My place is very cosy, comfy, tidy, clean and fullly furnished with fast internet and ready to binge watching your favorite programs of Netflix. My unit is very relaxing and have positive vibes. As u can see in the photos almost of my wall decor are inspirational quotes. Bottom line if u looking for a cozy, clean, comfy and relaxing with a peace of mind. My place is the one!!! After 2 yrs, I decided to upgrade my couch into double sofabed to give more relaxing and more comfortable when guests wanted to binge watching their fave movies, kdramas and other TV shows the sofabed is easy to manage just pull and push only. I also bought a new pillows to make sure my guests have a comfortable sleep. My unit is 31sqm which is  really spacious for a couple but actually can accommodate upto 4 people . For extra guest need to pay P300/day only. My unit is very convenient and very accessible. Restaurants, coffee shops, 7eleven, Savemore grocery, BDO bank and atm machine, Western Union, LBC, laundry shop, shopping malls are just located in the buildings. .Pool amenities for 150 per person during weekdays and 300 during weekends & holidays. - Playground (Free access) - Fully air-conditioned lobby with free WiFi - Regular Parking: P60 for the first two hours, P30 per succeeding hours. - Overnight Parking fee is P300 (1:30 am to 6 am) on top of the hourly I am sociable and they can reach me on my Mobile phone anytime if they need something. I will do my best to response as long as am available. What I really like most of my place is that very convenient of everything from the building itself , almost services u needed are available with free internet. In the ground floor there is a coffee shop, 7Eleven, Savemore, BDO, LBC , Chinese Restaurant, Taiwan Restaurant, Formosa Bakery Shop, laundry shop, Ace Hardware, travel agency hub and many more....apart from that every corner there are lots of Resto bar with live band music, foot step away u can find grill and restaurant with good food and affordable with a live music Tides Bar and Oasis. KLOWNZ - SM NORTH EDSA - Trinoma - Crossings Department - St. Luke's Nedical Center - East Avenue Medical Center - Capitol Medical Center - Philippine Heart Center MPlace is very accessible by walk or tricycle from Quezon Avenue MRT Station, by taxi , by jeepney very safe area.. Please be informed that i need to ask some deposits accordingly; -P6k deposits for 1 month stay this is to cover monthly electricity and damages. But rest assured that difference is refundable. (Ex. U consume P3500 for elec. bill and no damages i will refund P2500 difference.) Deposits collected upon arrival or transfer/deposit to my account - P15k deposits for 2-3 months stay same above procedure..
