Villa Malu is a private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche in Massa Fermana, a small town between the Sibillini mountains and the ancient borgo of Mogliano, in the province of Fermo. Perfect to experience the peace and authentic flavors of this region, the structure was built with respect for the environment and guarantees guests the highest functionality and comfort. The many country paths are ideal for long walks or mountain bike rides, while nearest beaches can be reached within approximately 35 km drive. Guests can benefit of an equipped area for al fresco dining and a swimming pool with stepped entrance. The property is completely fenced. The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large open space with kitchen, dining table and relaxation area with fireplace, small closet and toilet with laundry area.
