We are keen to host your stay in Melbourne and will go to great lengths to ensure that you have a successful visit. We are flexible to provide early or late access and will do our best to respond to your needs and requests. We will respect your privacy but we also in the old Australian tradition love to be hospitable - we love our city, state and country and if possible will show you around. The Abbotsford area is renowned for it's cafes and international restaurants. All are in a few minutes walking distance. The Hive shopping centre is around 5 minutes walk which includes a Woolworths and Aldi supermarket, great Asian green grocer, pharmacy and B.W.S which sells liquor. Also 5 minutes walk is the Yarra River and parkland. If you want to eat in and don't want to cook, install the "Uber Eats" app on your phone and many local restaurants deliver. There is parking for one car on the property. Catching a tram is a 5 minute walk away and the train station is about 8 minutes walk. Melbourne city is reached in 20 minutes by tram or 15 minutes by train. Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre can be reached on a direct tram leaving from nearby Victoria St.
