The Waltons is situated in a quiet conservation area in the centre of historic Dorking. There are a variety of different rooms to suit all travellers needs, including a self contained apartment with excellent facilities for families and longer stays. Continental breakfast is included in the price and taken in the dining room with other Bed and Breakfast guests. A cooked, full English breakfast is available for an additional £10 A private kitchen is also available within the self contained flat area. The Waltons is a Bed & Breakfast and we live in the house above the flat. We can therefore see you in (or arrange for a key to be left) and will serve you breakfast. An ideal base from which to explore the richly historic town of Dorking and it's surrounding countryside. The house, built in 1830, retains all of its original features and overlooks a green field, full of sheep. Despite being only meters from the main high street, you feel as though you are in the middle of the countryside. Dorking is a bustling old market town, full of lovely shops (vintage, antique, gifts, coffee) and offers a whole host of different restaurants. We are a 3 minute walk from the centre of town and a 20 minute walk to Dorking Main and Dorking Deepdene railway stations. Fresh homemade cakes, fruit, yoghurts and homemade compote available daily.
