It has been built with eco-friendly technology, geothermal energy and a photovoltaic system to optimize the requirements of comfort and environmental sustainability altogether; furthermore, it is provided with sophisticated video surveillance and home automatic systems, which ensure the maximum functionality and efficiency of all accessories. High-quality furniture and accessories together with unique pieces produced by local artists, parquet and travertine marbles outline the style of this residence, with its big kitchen, spacious lounge areas with beautiful garden accessible through big french windows which also have a wonderful view on the vineyards and olive trees which surround the property. From this prestigious residence, at about half an hour from the famous thermal towns of Montecatini and Monsummano Terme, it will be possible to also visit some of the most beautiful itineraries Tuscany can offer such as visits to Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa, but also the numerous little medieval villages like Certaldo, San Gimignano and San Miniato. Interior: The property extends for about 600 sqm on three levels distributed on terraced land which allows direct access to the outdoor areas from every level of the house. The ground floor entrance leads to the main living-room connected with the kitchen and the dining area. A short hallway leads, to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, to a two single badrooms (instead of a double bedroom) and to a two bathroom with shower. This floor is completed by the laundry room. The first floor (corresponding to the access road level) is reachable through a staircase from the ground floor’s living-room; and it consists in another spacious living room with fireplace and a bar corner, which communicates with the dining room, a studio and the sleeping area (accessible through an armoured door) which is composed as follows: one main bedroom with a spacious bathroom (with king size bed) with both bathtub and shower and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. This floor is completed with a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower. Going down to the lower floor, there is a fitness area, illuminated by a big glass door which leads directly to the pool area, and a bathroom with two showers. The rectangular infinity pool (on the downstream side) measures 3x12 m and it has a depth between 1,30 m and 2 m. The pool has a metal ladder and internal spotlights and it has a chlorine purification system. The solarium is furnished with elegant sun loungers and a shower with both cold and hot water.
