The Cwtch ~ A Peaceful and Relaxing Get Away!

The Cwtch is a small end terrace house, big in personality and Welsh welcome, situated on a very bumpy private road, with wonderful views. It is peaceful and relaxing and fully equipped for your stay! Please note.... There are steps to the front door and the back garden has steps to 2 levels, if you struggle with steps, please bare this in mind before booking. A great base to explore Swansea and Gower AONB and surrounding areas! A well presented 3 bedroom house waiting to welcome you, light and airy with an open plan lounge/diner and newly fitted kitchen. ***We are currently having work done to the front of the property and the side patio area, which at present isn’t the prettiest, however this will not impact your stay and no work will be carried out during your time at The Cwtch. We are aiming towards mid April for all work to be finished. I will not be available in person but always on the end of the phone to help with any queries. However, my co-host, lives next door and is happy to help also. Caryl Terrace is a private road and a little bumpy on the surface, a slow drive over is advised. PARKING ... you are able to park directly outside the house only, please ensure you are right in front of the property as each household does the same and this enables everyone to be able to park easily. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and the neighbours are friendly, there is no passing traffic other from residents themselves. Whilst a great base for exploring, a car is a must .
