Lygon St & Park St- Relaxed stay in a Vibrant area

This light airy apartment is in a great location in Brunswick East, located on Lygon street and overlooking the bicycle trail on Park Street, Carlton North with great views of the city from the balcony. The building has a cafe and gym. Just a 2 min walk away are several restaurants including world-renowned pizzas from Gradi 400 and new eatery, Etta. You can take tram 1 & 6 from right outside the apartment and be in the city in 10 mins. Within a 30 min walk you can be in Fitzroy & Collingwood. The apartment has a comfortable queen bed in the first bedroom and the study room can hold a single foldaway bed which can be set up for a third guest (advertised as a floor mattress due to Airbnb settings). For two guests the second bedroom remains as a study unless there is a specific request to set up the single foldaway bed. A baby travel cot can also be set up upon request. There is a secure underground car park space allocated to the apartment. Please let me know if you are bringing a car and I will leave you the remote for the car park roller doors and detailed instructions. The kitchen is well equipped with kettle, toaster and pod coffee machine (pods provided). Dishwasher, fridge, freezer and modern oven with stovetop. The balcony has amazing city views and you can access the vegetable garden on level 5 which has even better views! There is a laundry with washing machine and iron. The apartment has Wi-Fi, air con, heating and chromecast. You will also be supplied with basic items for breakfast (cereals, tea and coffee) and cooking (olive oil, salt pepper, condiments) Clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and everything else you would expect! Entire apartment. Free underground secure parking space allocated to the apartment. Keys are available via the lock box and I am available by phone during your stay. For anything you need that isn't in the Airbnb there is an IGA shop opposite the apartment which is open until 11pm and there is a coffee shop in the ground level of the apartment building.
