Cosy room in charming city home

Clean and comfortable room with double bed, wardrobe, full-length mirror, chest of drawers and chair, overlooking small back yard. The house is small and cosy, and guest has access to kitchen/cooking facilities. Only one other person lives in the house, and a small dog. Very fast wifi all over the house. Preference for short-term lets only (maximum one month) This is a charming old terrace house in a very nice neighbourhood, that has been recently renovated and updated. Guests will have private use of a double bedroom, and shared access to bathroom and kitchen and outdoor space. I am happy to talk to guests and give them help and recommendations in the city and surrounds The house is situated in Douglas Village, less than 5 kms from cork city centre. The Village has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, take-aways, hairdressers, beauty salons and barber shops. There is a bus route that goes from the village to the city centre and on to the north side of the city. There is a lovely park and wooded area across the road from the house. There is a bus stop less than a minute walk away to access city centre (about 15 minutes away). There are also other bus stops about 10 minute walk away to access other parts of the city. The airport is a 10-15 minute drive away. ** If anyone is travelling from another country I ask that you have proof of a current negative Covid-19 test and/or have been in Ireland for the recommended 14 days before sharing my home with me.** As I have a little dog in the house I would prefer someone who likes animals. I am not opposed to vaping indoors, as I do, but if the guest is a cigarette smoker I ask that they smoke outdoors only.
