Luxury unit - refundable if there is a lockdown

We agree full refund if there is a covid lockdown. Enjoy the beautiful rural views while being close to town with great restaurants and shops just minutes away. Our unit is perfect for professionals or couples wanting a romantic getaway but is also kid friendly with fun toys, books, treehouse in the forest plus Alpacca's to feed. Handy location with easy access to airport (35 mins) & Auckland city (45mins) Everything is new clean and modern :-) The unit is self contained guest wing of our house. It is very private with great views of surrounding countryside. There is one private bedroom with a comfy king size bed. The living room has a double sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, single cooktop and frying pan as well as tea and coffee making facilities, toaster and fridge. Guests are free to visit a local restaurant, order in takeaways or we can provide full catering if requested in advance. If there is anything else you need we are happy to lend it from our main kitchen. The property was just completed in 2017 so everything is new, modern and clean. We have a private deck situated just a short walk from house in a beautiful native forrest for relaxing, yoga & meditation. Or if you are a family with kids - exploring and getting muddy! We give guests their privacy but live in the attached house and are here if you need us. Always happy to give suggestions for activities and places to eat. Quiet residential neighbourhood with rural outlook. We have fabulous local restaurants just 5 minute drive from the property as well as great shops with everything you need. Pukekohe is just a 40 minute drive to Auckland Airport and a great stop on your way travels to Rotorua, Taupo, Coromandel, Tauranga, Waitomo Caves etc. There are awesome West Coast beaches nearby to enjoy - my favourite is Kariotahi (30 min drive) and there is great surfing in Port Waikato (40 min drive). Also close to Hampton Downs and Pukekohe racetracks.
